The machine is equipped with dam blade control by air cylinder and round basement in order to reserves and rub available, improving the work efficiency. The noise cover is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with foam, and installed air cylinder system, the noise cover can move up and down flexible by button on the control box. The noise cover can be locked by handle lock bar when it rise the top, while cutting off the power of cylinder by pressing switch in order to provide safety of operator. Under the working between famous brand inverter and vibrated motor, its frequency span can up to 0-1400RPM, conforming any requirements. It has fine looks, reasonable construction, easy operation and high efficiency.

  The machine is mainly used to remove burrs, rusts and oxides from the surface of parts made by metal, nonmetal, plastics and chamfer and polish them at the same time. It can also eliminate internal stress of the workpieces and improve the surface fatigue strength. It is especially suitable for long and thin components, easily deformed parts and special shaped complex components.
